mpmX Business Analyst Certification

Welcome to the mpmX Business Analyst Certification!

This is the final test to gain official mpmX Business Analyst Certification. You will have 2 hours to complete the exercises and questions.

There are two distinct sections to this certification:

1. Create an app using the MPM Import Wizard and the MPM Template app
2. Open an already prepared app and create a new dashboard and configure KPIs

You need to follow the steps in this order:

1. Go to the Lesson “Exercises to Complete” and follow the instructions (the timer starts here)
2. Go to the Topic “Exercises to Complete – Import Wizard and Template app” and follow the instructions
3. Go to the Topic “Exercises to Complete – Dashboarding and KPIs” and follow the instructions
4. Complete quiz. The quiz has four sections covering (XX questions)
   • MPM Import Wizard & Template app
   • BPMN (theory only, no app)
   • Dashboarding & KPIs
   • Solving Common Errors (theory only, no app)

Important Information:

You need active access to eLearning and the Hub. Please check that your access has not expired. If it has, request an extension before you continue with this certification.

• This certification is timed. You have 2 hours to complete the exercises and questions, starting when you go to the Lesson “Exercises to Complete”.
• The passing grade is 80%.
• You can only take the certification once per purchase.
• Recommended Learning: While not required, it is recommended that before taking this certification you complete the mpmX Business Analyst course. You should also take some time to practice and hone your skills before taking the certification.
